No. The Event Passport is a mobile web experience that opens instantly from any QR code scan. No App Store, no Google Play, no download required.
Can we brand it to our event?
Yes. Your logo, colours, and copy across the passport, leaderboard, and prize screens. Managed events get a fully branded build configured for you before the doors open.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is per event, not per participant or per month. Basic is $150 (up to 200 participants), Growth is $950 (up to 1,500 participants), and Professional is $1,800 (up to 3,000 participants). Every paid plan includes the full standard toolkit. The only difference is the participant cap.
How does booth stamping work?
Each exhibitor booth gets a unique QR code. Participants scan it on their phone and the stamp appears instantly on their passport. No staff app or handheld scanner needed.
What size events is this suitable for?
From small regional meetups to large multi-day expos. Self-serve plans cover up to 3,000 participants. Above that, Enterprise events are scoped individually with custom pricing.
